How long does onboarding take?

Most clients are fully onboarded within 5–10 business days. We deploy monitoring agents, document your environment, and set up helpdesk access with zero downtime to your operations.

Do you require long-term contracts?

We offer month-to-month agreements, though clients who commit to annual terms receive a 10% discount. We're confident enough in our service quality that we don't need to lock you in.

What's included in the free IT assessment?

Our 60-minute assessment covers your current infrastructure, security posture, backup status, software licensing, and support gaps. You'll receive a written report with findings and recommendations, whether or not you become a client.

Do you support Mac and Linux environments?

Yes. While we specialize in Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, we fully support macOS devices and mixed environments. We also support Linux servers for clients with development or server workloads.

Can you take over from our existing IT provider?

Yes, and we handle it professionally. We coordinate directly with your current provider to get the documentation and credentials needed, so there's no gap in support.
