Our story

We started Data Gates IT Solutions after seeing too many businesses stuck with slow, unreliable IT support. Break-fix vendors who only showed up when things were already broken. No proactive monitoring, no communication, no real ownership.

We built Data Gates IT to work the way an in-house IT team would: available, upfront, and accountable. We've been doing this since 2013 and now support over 500 businesses across Toronto and the GTA.

We keep it simple: fix what's broken, prevent what we can, and always tell you what's going on.
